Long War 2 (LW2)

XCOM 2's and its successor, Long War of the Chosen (LWOTC)

  1. Alien BiotechModular Weapons (Weapon mods are force multipliers).
  2. Resistance Communications (Unlocks new regions. You need 3 regions by April).
  3. Laser Weapons (The single biggest power spike. +10 aim, +1 damage over ballistic).
  4. Plated Armor (Predator armor gives an extra inventory slot for a medkit/flashbang).
  5. Psionics (Start training a Psi Operative early. They take 60 days to become useful).
  6. Magnetic Weapons (Long research. Only start if you have 200+ supplies saved up).
