  2. Click Load Packet → select the PAC firmware file.

    Get the Symphony i95 firmware package and extract it on your PC.

  • Connect Device: Click the Download button in the tool. Now, power off your Symphony i95 completely. Connect the phone to the PC via USB while holding the Volume Down or Volume Up button (or simply connect if the battery is removed).
  • Wait for Completion: The tool will detect the phone and begin the flashing process. You will see a red progress bar, then purple, then yellow circles.
