Materials Testing:

- Aluminum profiles: 6063-T6 alloy, anodized or powder coated (minimum 60 µm thickness).
- Glass: Double glazed low-E (U-value ≤ 1.8 W/m²K) for all habitable spaces – mandatory under Abu Dhabi International Building Code (ADIBC).
- Hardware: Stainless steel grade 304 (316 for coastal zones like Saadiyat or Al Raha).
- Fire-rated doors: Must carry Civil Defense approved label with intumescent strips and self-closing devices.
