Software crashes on Windows 10/11

1. Open Prolink v1.15.
2. Navigate to the top menu bar and click Comm > Settings (or look for the "Parameters" icon depending on the specific build).
3. You will see a dialogue box with communication parameters. Match these exactly to the settings on your Total Station.
   • Main Workspace: Features a spreadsheet-style view where points are listed by ID, Easting (X), Northing (Y), Elevation (Z), and Code/Description.
   • The Toolbar: Contains large icons for "Receive," "Send," "Convert," and "Edit."
   • Status Bar: Essential for troubleshooting; it displays the status of the COM port connection.
