- Prerequisites: A Wii U with CFW (Aroma recommended), WUP Installer GX2, and a FAT32 formatted SD card (min. 8GB; game is ~5.2GB).
- Obtain the Files: Use Wii U USB Helper (on PC) or NUSspli (directly on Wii U) to download Skylanders Giants [USA/EUR/JPN]. Ensure you select the “Wii U” version, not “Wii backward compatible.”
- Copy to SD: Extract the downloaded WUP files into
sd:/install/Skylanders Giants [TITLE_ID]/. - Install: On your Wii U, launch WUP Installer GX2, select the game, and install to NAND (if you have space) or USB HDD (recommended).
- Play: Return to the Wii U menu. The game icon will appear. Insert your compatible USB portal, place a figure on it, and launch the game.
