There is currently no official or complete standalone English patch for the Wii version of Sengoku Basara 2 Heroes

Sengoku Basara 2 Heroes (known in Japan as Sengoku Basara 2: Eiyuu Gaiden ) is an expanded version of Sengoku Basara 2 , released on the Wii and PS2 in 2007 (Japan only). It adds new characters, modes, and a tag-team mechanic. The game never received an official English release.
