Find your printer's IP address (typically by printing a configuration page by holding the button for 5-10 seconds).
- Turn off the printer.
- Open the rear access door (back of the printer).
- Look for a small black plastic lever inside the paper path.
- Manually flick that lever up and down 3-4 times.
- Blow compressed air into the sensor hole.
- Close the rear door.
- Remove the toner cartridge and imaging unit. Look inside the front for a tiny piece of torn paper wedged against an optical sensor. Remove it with tweezers.
- Power on. The jam error should clear.

- Press Menu → Network → Wi-Fi.
- Select Wi-Fi On/Off → Turn OFF then ON.
- Go to Network → Network Configuration → Reset Network.
