Find your printer's IP address (typically by printing a configuration page by holding the button for 5-10 seconds).

1. Turn off the printer.
2. Open the rear access door (back of the printer).
3. Look for a small black plastic lever inside the paper path.
4. Manually flick that lever up and down 3-4 times.
5. Blow compressed air into the sensor hole.
6. Close the rear door.
7. Remove the toner cartridge and imaging unit. Look inside the front for a tiny piece of torn paper wedged against an optical sensor. Remove it with tweezers.
8. Power on. The jam error should clear.
