The (Safe School Program) is a comprehensive initiative launched by the Ministry of Education (MOE) Malaysia to ensure a secure and conducive environment for teaching and learning. This program, officially mandated by Surat Pekeliling Ikhtisas Bil. 4/2002 , aims to protect all school members—including students, teachers, and staff—from internal and external threats. 2. Peningkatan Kesiapan: Peningkatan kesiapan sekolah dalam menghadapi ancaman melalui simulasi dan latihan.

• Slide 11-18 (Implementation): Use active learning. Ask a teacher to demonstrate "DROP, COVER, HOLD ON" right there.
• Slide 19-24 (Evaluation): Hand out a mini-audit checklist to everyone. Give them 2 minutes to fill it out.
• Slide 25-30 (Action): End with a commitment card. Each staff writes one safety action for the week and signs it.
