Warning: Use thick cables. For a 12V 5000W unit, you need 4/0 AWG (or multiple parallel cables) to handle the massive current (400+ amps at full load). For 24V, use 2/0 AWG minimum.

Solution: Check AC breaker on rear panel (push to reset). Test with a simple 100W lamp.

Problem: Voltage drops below 11V under load.

Final Checklist for New Owners:

Minimum cable size: 4/0 AWG (00 gauge)
Length under 5 feet (1.5m) to avoid voltage drop.
For 48V systems (max 110A): 2 AWG minimum.
