- Support for many additional PS1 titles and region variants.
- USB mass storage game loading (no need to modify internal flash).
- Better controller compatibility (USB and Bluetooth adapters in some setups).
- Save states, per‑game settings, video shaders, upscaling/scanline filters.
- Faster emulation cores, optional audio fixes, and improved input latency handling.
- After reboot, you’ll see the standard PSC carousel menu—but now it’s enhanced. The stock 20 games will still appear, but pressing Select + Triangle will open the Project Eris options menu.
- If your USB drive is detected, a new “USB” icon will appear at the top right of the carousel. Select it to see all your added games.
- Success indicator: You should see your added games listed with box art (automatically scraped when available).
- Go to Eris Menu → Settings → Install OTG support – then reboot.
Eris installs ~50MB to p1 including:
- Ensure you have the correct file extensions (e.g., PS1 games usually need both
.binand.cuefiles). - Some versions require you to "Refresh Database" or "Scan for Games" in the settings menu after adding files.
