S30 (Old): You are stuck with the apps that came in the box. The only way to get new apps is to flash a modified firmware (custom ROM), which are rare and difficult to find.
S30+ (Newer): Some newer models (like the 2023 version of Nokia 105) have a "Games Store" (Snake, Tetris clones) that downloads basic Java files (J2ME). If this store is missing, you cannot install apps from the internet.
