- Download and install MTK USB Drivers (Auto-installer).
- Disable Windows Driver Signature Enforcement (Restart PC → Press F8 → Select "Disable Driver Signature").
- Connect the turned-off Lava Z70 to the PC. You should see MTK USB Port (COMx) in Device Manager for 3-5 seconds. That is the "Preloader" window.
