Important Note:

Microsoft ended official support for Windows 7 in 2020. Many newer drivers no longer support it. If the steps below fail, your specific Jinco adapter model may only work on Windows 10/11.

Step 1: Identify the Correct Brand

Troubleshooting "Driver Not Found" on Windows 7

: Once the installation is finished, restart your PC to ensure the adapter is recognized.

  1. Open Device Manager again.
  2. Right-click the unknown device (your adapter) and select Update Driver Software.
  3. Select Browse my computer for driver software.
  4. Click Browse and select the folder you just extracted.
  5. Make sure "Include subfolders" is checked and click Next.
  6. Windows should detect the correct .inf file and install the driver.
