Important Note:
Microsoft ended official support for Windows 7 in 2020. Many newer drivers no longer support it. If the steps below fail, your specific Jinco adapter model may only work on Windows 10/11.
Step 1: Identify the Correct Brand
Troubleshooting "Driver Not Found" on Windows 7
: Once the installation is finished, restart your PC to ensure the adapter is recognized.
- Open Device Manager again.
- Right-click the unknown device (your adapter) and select Update Driver Software.
- Select Browse my computer for driver software.
- Click Browse and select the folder you just extracted.
- Make sure "Include subfolders" is checked and click Next.
- Windows should detect the correct
.inf file and install the driver.
