In Steam: Right-click the game → Properties → Language → Select desired language. Steam will download only that language. To switch, repeat and download another.
In Epic Games Store: Select the game in library → click the three dots → Manage → Turn on “Additional command line arguments” → -culture=fr for French, etc., or change game settings within the launcher.
