Hardware dongle: If plugged in, the software will launch in full mode automatically.
Software license: Go to Help > Activate. Enter your serial and product key. You may need an internet connection or a manual activation file (SAi will email you an activation.dat file).

Download the latest production manager add-on from SAi’s FTP (archive only).
SAi Customer Portal: If you have a valid support contract (legacy), log in to your account. Under "My Downloads" or "Legacy Versions," you may find Flexi 10.0.1.
SAi Support Request: You can open a ticket and request a direct download link. Be prepared to provide your serial number or hardware key ID.
Critical Updates
: It is strongly recommended to update from 10.0.1 to version 10.0.4 or 10.5.1 . These updates were released specifically to address stability issues and improve the RIP engine.
