To perform an offline update for ESET Smart Security, you must Mirror server

Phase 1: Download the Offline Update File

Open the ESET Endpoint application and press to enter Advanced setup . Navigate to Update → Profiles → Update Mirror . eset smart security offline update

• Open ESET Smart Security.
• Go to Setup → Advanced setup (or press F5).
• Navigate to Update → Update from a local directory (path names may vary by version; look for “Local update”/“Update from folder”).
• Point ESS to the folder where you extracted/copied the update files (if ZIP, extract to a folder first).
• Click Update (or Apply) to import the offline package. Monitor the update status and logs for success/failure messages.
