Troubleshooting – Common Issues

Do NOT put essential oils directly into the water tank – this will permanently damage the plastic and ultrasonic membrane.

• “HH” – Humidity high (above 80%). Unit will auto-pause.
• “LL” – Low water. Refill tank.
• Flashing red light – No water or tank removed.
• Solid blue light – Normal cool mist operation.
• Solid orange light – Warm mist mode active.
• Clean indicator – After 30 days of cumulative use, this icon flashes. Perform a descaling.
