Important Note:

  2. In the new window, look under the "Maintenance" section.
  3. Select Waste ink pad counter.
  4. Click Check. The program will query the printer and show the current percentages. You will likely see the "Main pad counter" is at 100%.
  5. Check the box next to Main pad counter.
  6. Click Initialization.
  7. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click OK.
  8. The software will send the reset command. Do not turn off the printer or computer during this process.
