Start Update:

If an update is available, the screen will show the estimated time. Select Start to begin.

Initiation

: Select Update Now . The menu screen will shut down, and the progress will be displayed directly on the unit's front-panel display.

3. Re-run Audyssey Setup

  1. Connect the USB drive to your computer and format it to FAT16 or FAT32 (if it isn't already).
  2. Copy the extracted firmware update files to the root directory of the USB drive.
  3. Safely eject the USB drive from your computer.
  4. Connect the USB drive to the Denon AVR-E300 receiver's USB port.
  5. Turn on the receiver and navigate to the "Setup" menu.
  6. Select "Update" and then "USB" as the update method.
  7. The receiver will detect the firmware update file on the USB drive and prompt you to start the update process.
  8. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.

: Extract the firmware ZIP file on your computer. You should see a folder (e.g., AVRE300 ).
