Start Cyberpunk 2077 via the REDprelauncher.exe or bin\x64\Cyberpunk2077.exe . Go to Settings > Language. You should now see your newly installed languages available for both Audio and Text.

Step 3: Copy, Don't Replace
Navigate to your Cyberpunk 2077 installation directory (e.g., C:\Program Files\Cyberpunk 2077 ). Drag the extracted archive and localization folders into the root. When Windows asks if you want to replace files, select "No" or "Skip" . You are only adding new language archives, not overwriting the existing English ones.
