1. Press Win + R, type msconfig, press Enter.
2. Go to Services → Check "Hide all Microsoft services" → Click Disable all.
3. Go to Startup → Open Task Manager → Disable all startup items.
4. Restart your PC. Now launch the software that gave the error. If it works, re-enable services one-by-one to find the culprit.
