- "Waiting for device" error: This means the PC does not recognize the phone in Fastboot mode. Try a different USB port (use USB 2.0 if possible), reinstall drivers, or try a different cable.
- Bootloop (Phone starts but sticks on logo): You likely flashed the wrong firmware version (e.g., flashing a Global ROM on a China device, or an older Android version over a newer one). You will need to flash the correct version again or perform a factory reset from Recovery Mode.
- Anti-Rollback Protection: If you try to downgrade Android versions and get an error about "anti-rollback," stop immediately. You cannot downgrade; it will brick the device.
- Verified Boot Issues: On newer Bq devices, if OEM Unlocking was not enabled in settings before you started, you may get a "Verification Failed" error on boot. You must enable OEM Unlocking in Developer Options first.
