• Feature: Expands NPC social menus with unique interactions, greetings, and occasional mini-events.

• Schizophrenia Simulation: Visual/auditory hallucinations that only the affected Sim can see. Random "fits" that break social interactions.
• Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID): A complex mod where a Sim has 2-4 hidden "alters" that swap out traits and relationships without the player’s control.
• Self-Harm & Suicide Mechanics: These are the most guarded files. While many argue these are "awareness tools," most mainstream sites ban them outright. ATF hosts them under strict "adult only – trigger warning" sections.
