Update Failure

: Never power off your PC during an update. A failed update can "brick" the drive, making it unresponsive and requiring professional data recovery services. Open ADATA SSD Toolbox

  1. Open ADATA SSD Toolbox.
  2. Select your SU630 from the list of drives.
  3. Click on the “Firmware Update” tab (or similar – may be under “Tools”).
  4. The Toolbox will automatically check for new firmware. If available, you’ll see an “Update” button.
  5. Close all other programs (browser, games, office apps).
  6. Click Update. Do NOT turn off or restart your PC during the process (usually takes 10-60 seconds).
  7. Once finished, the Toolbox will prompt you to restart your computer.

Q3: My SU630 is 240GB and the update says for 480GB. Can I use it?
