This socket is not compatible with FM2+ CPUs. Always ensure the CPU is a 100W TDP or lower variant unless the chassis has specialized cooling.

  • Update your BIOS regularly: Regular BIOS updates can improve stability, performance, and compatibility
  • Use high-quality RAM: Ensure you're using compatible and high-quality RAM to optimize performance
  • Configure your BIOS settings: Take the time to understand and configure your BIOS settings to suit your needs
  • Monitor your temperatures: Keep an eye on your CPU and motherboard temperatures to prevent overheating
  • Check power connectors (24-pin and CPU 4-pin).
  • Reseat RAM and GPU; test with single RAM stick in primary slot.
  • Remove all nonessential peripherals; boot with minimal configuration (CPU, 1 DIMM, GPU or onboard video).
  • Listen for beep codes (if speaker installed) and consult board/beep-code mapping.
  • Use rear I/O ports to rule out front-panel cables; check power management settings in BIOS and OS.
